Our Programs

If you are in an emergency or crisis please visit our resources page for immediate help.

Please note that we are experiencing longer than average wait times to see an intern counsellor as we say good-bye to our graduating counsellors and welcome a new cohort of interns. We appreciate your patience during this transition period.

Supportive care counselling

We offer Central Okanagan residents between 18 and 29 years of age an inclusive and safe space to process thoughts and emotions.

Our graduate student interns provide accessible counselling, both online and in person. Sessions are provided in our offices in Kelowna’s Landmark District. University of British Columbia Okanagan students are also eligible to receive counselling services in our Student Union building office on campus.

Our program is based on a “pay what you can”, fee-for-service model of care. Because accessibility is our goal, clients who are unable, or choose not to, pay for services are still eligible for up to 7 sessions of supportive care counselling at no cost.

Click on APPLY, fill out the intake form, and a member of our team will contact you.

INTERNship PROGRAM

Our graduate student counselling internship training program provides high-level mentorship and real-world counselling experience to the next generation of mental health care professionals.

This clinically-supervised program is supplemented with additional learning opportunities through  workshops and expert guest presentations on things such as practice-specific counselling modalities, self-care for frontline workers, intimate partner violence and trauma-informed practice, and setting up an independent counselling practice.
