where counsellors learn + young adults heal

Third Space Charity runs on a simple but powerful idea: when emerging counsellors gain real-world experience, young adults get real support. We offer supervised, pay-what-you-can counselling to people aged 18 to 29 across the Central Okanagan, while training the next generation of mental health professionals. One program. Dual impact. A community that's stronger for it.

We provide an inclusive space to process thoughts and emotions, online or in person.

Our services are open to people from all backgrounds and contexts.
